Laid back and no judgmental
I work with a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, personality disorders, and trauma-related concerns. My approach focuses on medication management combined with supportive therapy, education, and practical strategies. I aim to help patients better understand their symptoms, improve daily functioning, and achieve a better quality of life through individualized care.
I use a patient-centered approach with elements of supportive therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and medication management. My focus is on creating realistic, goal-oriented treatment plans while meeting patients where they are in their journey.
A common theme I’ve noticed is that many patients struggle with stress, emotional regulation, and feeling misunderstood. This has guided me to focus on clear communication, education, and building trust, so patients feel more comfortable and confident in their treatment process.
Trust and open communication are key. I believe patients should feel heard, respected, and involved in their care without fear of judgment.
