rTMS Therapy for Depression
Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, known as rTMS, is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment for major depressive disorder that uses focused magnetic pulses to stimulate underactive areas of the brain linked to mood regulation. It requires no anesthesia, no sedation, and no recovery time. Most patients drive themselves to and from each session and return to work the same day.
rTMS is FDA-cleared for major depressive disorder and is typically covered by most major insurance plans when antidepressants have not produced sufficient results. Sessions last approximately 20 minutes and are typically administered five days per week over four to six weeks.
Clinical data shows that rTMS produces meaningful symptom reduction in a significant portion of patients who have not responded to medication alone. Approximately 50% to 60% of people with depression who have tried and failed to receive benefit from medications experience a clinically meaningful response with TMS.

Spravato Treatment for Depression
Spravato, the brand name for esketamine nasal spray, is an FDA-approved treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder with acute suicidal ideation. It works differently from traditional antidepressants, targeting NMDA receptors in the brain to produce rapid antidepressant effects. Unlike medications that can take weeks to show results, Spravato has demonstrated measurable symptom improvement in as little as 24 hours in clinical studies.
Spravato is administered at our certified clinic locations in Villanova and Horsham under the supervision of trained medical staff. You self-administer the nasal spray in three doses spaced five minutes apart, then remain in our care for two hours of observation. Because Spravato can temporarily affect perception, you will need to arrange transportation in advance. Treatment sessions are typically scheduled twice per week for the first month, then reduced in frequency based on your response.
