Complete Mind Care in Villanova, PA

So glad I found Complete Mind Care! I appreciate all they have done for me. The techs that administer my weekly Spravato treatments are always willing to help, so nice and understanding. I was afraid I would feel like a burden (as I sometimes do at other mental health facilities), but CMC of PA makes me feel at home and at ease! I highly recommend the facility and the providers that work there!

This is my second deep TMS treatment and I am very happy with complete mind care. Everyone, Brittany, Sara and Rebecca have been very kind and attentive as I came in with severe depression. I highly recommend this if you suffer from Major depressive disorder or any of the other conditions that TMS can treat

Coming to Complete Mind Care in Villanova has opened a new concept of treatment for me. I had depression, but mostly extreme anxiety. I am trying TMS treatment, and the staff is excellent, knowledgeable, and caring. From greeting Brittany at the front desk, to the tech specialists handling my treatment. Rebecca, Sara, Sam, Luke, and Jackson are overseeing my treatment.

“Lifesaver” is the first word that comes to mind. As someone who comes very near the bottom of my own list, I was very “overdue” to put it mildly, when it came to taking care of myself. The convenience of Telehealth calls has been a lifesaver! Scheduling is a breeze, professionals are wonderful to speak with - friendly, personable humans including everyone you may come in contact with. Billing is exceptionally patient & lovely!

I have been coming to CMC for sometime and have used multiple locations. Have nothing but great things to say about everyone who I’ve ever interacted with! I wanna shout out Brittany as she is the face I see more often than not when I check in for my appointments and she is just full of positivity and fun energy! She makes of all my procedural and scheduling take a breeze! Thank so much!

I have found Complete Mind Care to be a great option for therapy. Appointments are made easily, and you can be seen very soon. Even when a crisis occurs, I have been able to see my therapist by the next day. My therapist Donna is experienced and most helpful. Amazing experience. My mother has had such a great result. She has tried so many things and this is the first thing that made such a drastic difference and breakthrough. Through my time coming here, I was welcomed by name by all staff members. Through my ups and downs of life and treatment, the unconditional compassion, sympathy, and accommodations have truly made this experience a million times easier on me as I have navigated some of the most challenging times of my life. I have and will continue to suggest this therapy and this team to others around me. I have had the privilege of working with Jackson, Luke, Brittany, Sara, Rebecca, a lovely intern named Avi, Christine D., and Zakiyah.

Complete Mind Care of PA has been an excellent resource for me! Since I live pretty far from the clinics, they have options where you can do online! Taking online sessions has been so helpful and great! At first I thought it wasn’t going to be the same as going in person, however, in my opinion, it is! Maybe even better since you can be in the comfort of your own home! In addition, my therapist Brittany has been the absolute best! Even when i’m talking about how I feel about my religion, she is always giving me the best advice! As well, with the advice she gives me, there’s not one time where she does not ask if she crossed a line or if i’m willing to take it! Which is something that I deeply deeply appreciate! I’ve been with Complete Mind Care since March and i’m planning to stay here for as long as I can!

I’ve had a great experience with the psychiatric nurse practitioner, Dawn. She is down to earth a good listener and punctual. The portal works great and I’m always able to get an appointment that fits in my time frame. I really appreciate this group.

I've been with complete mind care for just about 3 years now. I feel like, I'm really getting the help I need to navigate through depression and an anxiety. I would recommend complete mind care for anyone needing help with their mental health.

The care team is always working hard in the background to ensure that my care is provided with no interruptions in care when possible but always working hard and keeping me up to date on where the process is with insurance with prior authorization and always making sure that patients are seen as soon as they are able to. In general great teams that have shown me they care about my health.

Just finishing a round of tms at the Horsham location. Very easy scheduling and understanding when I need to cancel. Patrick is awesome! He is very welcoming and makes time fly while being treated. I am doing a different round of TMS in a few weeks and actually look forward to it. Life is on the up and up.

After years of managing mental health challenges, I was recommended to try TMS Therapy. Although I am still undergoing treatments, I have already noticed a meaningful improvement in how I feel. My hope is to eventually discontinue medication and embrace a healthier, brighter future. I also want to recognize my technician, Patrick M., whose professionalism, knowledge, and reassuring support have made this experience far more comfortable and encouraging.
